A small hosting company that rents whole machines with unmetered ports, in four countries chosen for their law. What we offer, what we refuse, and what we leave out.

**Quick answer — Who runs Ravenquay?**

**Ravenquay** is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama. It rents offshore dedicated servers with unmetered 1 and 10 Gbit/s ports in Reykjavik, Zurich, Bucharest and Amsterdam, from $72.62 per 30 days. Customers pay in crypto with no KYC and sign in with an account number. A person prepares each server by hand.

## What does Ravenquay do?

Ravenquay rents offshore dedicated servers with unmetered 1 and 10 Gbit/s ports in Reykjavik, Zurich, Bucharest and Amsterdam: each one a whole physical machine with root access and no monthly traffic quota, paid in crypto with no KYC (no ID, no selfie, no documents). It is run by DomaineGoat LLC, a company registered in Panama, and each server also falls under the data-protection law of its datacenter's country. On the 30-day term, each berth is priced at least 25% under a named comparable unmetered server from 10 no-KYC crypto hosts, read on 30 October 2026.

**We rent one thing: a whole server whose port is never metered, in a country you pick.** Offshore dedicated servers with unmetered bandwidth: one physical machine per customer, rented whole, with root access and a port that carries traffic without a monthly quota. Everything else on the site follows from that choice. ## What are the key facts about Ravenquay?

| Attribute | Value |
| --- | --- |
| Operator | DomaineGoat LLC, Panama |
| Jurisdiction | Ravenquay belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. The datacenter holding each server operates under the law of its own country |
| Product | Offshore dedicated servers with unmetered bandwidth: one physical machine per customer, rented whole, with root access and a port that carries traffic without a monthly quota |
| Bandwidth | Unmetered means no monthly traffic quota and no overage bill: the port speed of your plan, 1 or 10 Gbit/s, is the only limit. Each server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64 |
| Ports of call | Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland), Bucharest (Romania) and Amsterdam (Netherlands): every berth in every port of call, at one price |
| Price | Harbor 8 $72.62, Harbor 16 $205.27, Harbor 10G $356.25 per 30 days |
| Tor | Tor exit relays are welcome, along with middle relays and bridges |
| Logs | We keep no logs at all: no connection records, no traffic records and no IP addresses of visitors or customers, whether on the website, in the dashboard or on the servers |
| KYC | No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card and no phone number, ever |
| Support | A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules |

## Why these four countries?

**Each port of call puts your server under a different data-protection regime, and the price stays the same in all four.** Iceland belongs to the European Economic Area but not to the EU. Switzerland is outside both and deals with the EU through bilateral agreements, per the EFTA. Romania and the Netherlands are EU members, so EU rules on platforms and data apply there.

The company sits apart from the servers. Ravenquay belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. The datacenter holding each server operates under the law of its own country. The company side is covered in [Is Panama a good jurisdiction for a hosting company?](https://ravenquay.com/panama-hosting-jurisdiction/ "Panama as a hosting company jurisdiction") Each country's retention rules are in [Which European countries still have data retention laws?](https://ravenquay.com/data-retention-laws-europe/ "Data retention laws in Europe, country by country") None of this is legal advice.

## Why sell only unmetered bandwidth?

**Privacy infrastructure moves a lot of traffic, and a quota turns a good month into an invoice.** A Tor relay, a VPN gateway for a team or a public software mirror can run near line rate all day. At 1 Gbit/s, that is about 324 TB in 30 days.

Metered offers often hide this. FlokiNET, a respected privacy host, includes 10 TB a month on its Icelandic and Romanian servers. A saturated gigabit port spends that in about 22 hours. So every berth here has the same rule: Unmetered means no monthly traffic quota and no overage bill: the port speed of your plan, 1 or 10 Gbit/s, is the only limit. Each server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64.

**On 30 October 2026, only 4 of 18 no-KYC crypto hosts we compared sold a 10 Gbit/s port without a quota.** Harbor 10G exists to make that number one higher.

## Which uses does Ravenquay welcome, and which does it refuse?

**We host privacy tools on purpose, and we refuse abuse on principle.**

- **Tor:** Tor exit relays are welcome, along with middle relays and bridges. The Tor Project allows up to eight relays per IPv4 address. Sizing is on [What do I need to run a Tor relay on a rented server?](https://ravenquay.com/tor-relay-requirements/ "Tor relay requirements on a rented server")
- **VPNs:** one you run for yourself, your company or paying users. See [How do I start my own VPN service on rented servers?](https://ravenquay.com/start-your-own-vpn-service/ "Starting your own VPN service")
- **Matrix, onion services and other self-hosted apps:** welcome.
- **Mail:** Port 25 is closed for outgoing mail on every server, permanently, to keep spam off the network; ports 465 and 587 toward mail providers stay open.

Refused on every berth: Forbidden: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet command, DDoS or other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing other people’s systems, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and any service to sanctioned people or companies. Service is not available to residents or companies of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen or Western Sahara, nor in the occupied regions of Ukraine. Accounts are open to adults aged 18 and over.

## What does Ravenquay keep about its customers?

**As little as billing and running a server require.** No logs: neither connection nor traffic records, no IP address of any visitor or customer, and no trace of how you found the site apart from a referral code if your link had one. We hold only what billing and operating your server need: the account number and an email if you add one; every top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and per server its name, plan, term, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, as well as the temporary root password we set when you gave no key, which no longer opens the server once you change it. We have no control over the datacenter’s network equipment. We hand over records only when a Panamanian court orders it.

We publish no warrant canary. A canary is a statement that no secret order has arrived, and it proves less than it seems to. The reasons are in [What is a warrant canary, and do hosting providers publish one?](https://ravenquay.com/warrant-canary-hosting/ "Warrant canaries at hosting providers")

## What does Ravenquay not offer?

Gaps are listed here so nobody discovers them after paying:

- **Console:** Customers get no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console; the team carries out the reboots and reinstalls you ask for in the dashboard.
- **Backups:** No backup service is included, so store copies of your data elsewhere.
- **DDoS:** We promise no DDoS mitigation beyond what the datacenter network does on its own.
- **Windows:** Choose Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux, or Proxmox VE to host your own virtual machines. Windows is not available.
- **Monero and Lightning:** not accepted; we take BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.
- **Instant setup:** A member of the team sets up your server after your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the IP address appears.

We publish no reviews, ratings or customer counts, and no benchmark of our own network.

## What else do people ask about Ravenquay?

### Does Ravenquay own the datacenters?

No. The servers sit in datacenters run by other companies in each of the four countries, and we do not control their network equipment. Each machine is rented to one customer only. Nothing on the machine is shared: its processor, memory and disks serve only your workloads.

### How do I reach support?

A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules. The support and abuse addresses are on the [contact page](https://ravenquay.com/contact/ "Contact Ravenquay support"). Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

### Do I need an email address to buy?

No. An account number is all you need to sign in; an email address is optional. Guard your account number: it is the key to your account. If you add an email you can recover the number; if you do not, a lost number is lost for good.

### How are your prices decided?

From a dated survey of other hosts, read on 30 October 2026. Every berth is priced at least 25% under a named unmetered offer from one of 10 no-KYC crypto hosts.

### Which rules apply to my account?

The [terms](https://ravenquay.com/terms/ "Ravenquay terms of service") and the [acceptable use policy](https://ravenquay.com/acceptable-use/ "What may and may not run on a Ravenquay server"). Both are short and written in plain English.
