The agreement between you and DomaineGoat LLC when you take a Ravenquay berth: one whole physical server, an unmetered port and the law of Panama.

**Quick answer — What do the Ravenquay Terms of Service say in short?**

**Ravenquay** leases whole offshore dedicated servers with unmetered ports by the term: 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, prepaid from a crypto balance. No KYC applies and no setup fee is charged. The contract is with DomaineGoat LLC, a company of Panama, so Panamanian law governs it and Panamanian courts settle disputes. A team member builds each server after payment. A breach of the acceptable use policy ends in suspension; credits follow the refund policy.

## 1. The parties and the documents that make up the agreement

DomaineGoat LLC is a limited liability company formed in the Republic of Panama. It runs Ravenquay, which includes the servers, the https://ravenquay.com website and the customer dashboard. On this page, "we", "our" and "us" refer to DomaineGoat LLC. "You" is whoever holds the account.

Opening an account, sending a top-up or logging in to a server counts as accepting these Terms. Three policies form part of them and bind you just as much: the [privacy policy](https://ravenquay.com/privacy/ "Ravenquay privacy policy: the records kept and the logs never written"), the [acceptable use policy](https://ravenquay.com/acceptable-use/ "Ravenquay acceptable use policy for unmetered offshore servers") and the [refund policy](https://ravenquay.com/refunds/ "Ravenquay refund policy: credited days and the minimum top-up rule").

## 2. Eligibility

- Accounts are open to adults aged 18 and over.
- Service is not available to residents or companies of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Yemen or Western Sahara, nor in the occupied regions of Ukraine.
- An account cannot belong to, or be run for, a person or an entity named on a sanctions list.
- Where you live, the law must let you enter into a binding contract.

## 3. The account and its number

An account number is all you need to sign in; an email address is optional. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card and no phone number, ever.

- Whoever knows the account number can spend the balance and manage every server on the account, so treat it like a private key.
- Guard your account number: it is the key to your account. If you add an email you can recover the number; if you do not, a lost number is lost for good.
- You are answerable for what is done through your account number and through the SSH keys you install.
- Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat.

## 4. The service: a berth on a whole machine

Offshore dedicated servers with unmetered bandwidth: one physical machine per customer, rented whole, with root access and a port that carries traffic without a monthly quota. Nothing on the machine is shared: its processor, memory and disks serve only your workloads.

- **Root access:** Root over SSH, your way: give a public key at checkout and password login is switched off, or leave the field blank and a temporary root password arrives with the server, to change the first time you log in.
- **Operating systems:** Choose Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux, or Proxmox VE to host your own virtual machines. Windows is not available. Images on offer: Debian 13, Debian 12, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, AlmaLinux 10, Rocky Linux 10 and Proxmox VE 9.
- **Storage layout:** Servers with two disks get a software RAID 1 mirror for the system by default; tell support before delivery if you want RAID 0 or independent disks.
- **No remote console:** Customers get no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console; the team carries out the reboots and reinstalls you ask for in the dashboard.
- **Ports of call:** Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland), Bucharest (Romania) and Amsterdam (Netherlands): every berth in every port of call, at one price.
- **Berths:** Harbor 8 $72.62, Harbor 16 $205.27, Harbor 10G $356.25, each price covering 30 days. Take a berth for 30 days, 3 months (91 days, 10% off), 6 months (182 days, 20% off) or 12 months (365 days, 30% off): longer terms cost the 30-day price times 3, 6 or 12, less the discount, rounded down to the cent (Harbor 8: $196.07 for 3 months, $348.57 for 6, $610.00 for 12). A renewal keeps your term and your original price unless you pick another term for the next renewal in the dashboard. Processor, memory, disks and port speed for every berth are listed on the [Ravenquay pricing page](https://ravenquay.com/pricing/ "Ravenquay berth prices for 30 days, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months").
- **Requests to the team:** Ask for a reboot, a reinstall or a cancellation in the dashboard and the team does it; a reinstall erases every disk.

## 5. Prices, the balance and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars on the pricing page: a 30-day price for each berth, with the 3-, 6- and 12-month totals beside it. There is no setup fee: you pay the price of your chosen term, both when you order and when you renew.

- We accept crypto and nothing else: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. Neither Monero nor Lightning is supported.
- A payment credits a prepaid balance. Each top-up is at least $25, and the price of the term you pick is then deducted from that balance.
- Send exactly the amount shown, to the address shown, on the network shown. A transfer on another network may never arrive.
- Network fees for your own transfers are yours to pay.
- We screen incoming payments against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses; payments from listed addresses are not credited.
- A new price applies to orders placed after it is published. A term you already paid for keeps the price you paid, and so does its renewal.

## 6. Building and handing over the server

A member of the team sets up your server after your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the IP address appears. Setup time: 72 hours at the latest after your payment is confirmed.

The term you bought starts on the day the server is handed over, not the day your coins confirm. If the team cannot build the server, no server is created and the money stays on your balance, as the refund policy sets out. Any change to the default disk layout, such as RAID 0 or separate disks, must be asked for before the handover.

## 7. Renewal, lapse, cancellation and disk wiping

You prepay each server from a crypto balance for a term of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, chosen at checkout. With auto-renew, the same term is charged again at your original price, unless you choose a different term for the next renewal in the dashboard; if the balance cannot cover it, the server halts when the term ends, its disks are retained for 7 days and then wiped.

- **Renewing early:** you may renew from the dashboard at any moment during a term.
- **Auto-renew off:** the server halts when its term ends, and its disks are kept for the same 7 days before the wipe.
- **Returning within 7 days:** a renewal inside that window restarts the server with its disks untouched. After the window, the disks are wiped and cannot be recovered.
- **Cancelling:** a cancelled server goes back to the pool and its disks are wiped. The rest of the term is forfeited.
- **Reinstalling:** a reinstall erases the disks and puts the chosen system on a clean machine.

## 8. Data and copies

No backup service is included, so store copies of your data elsewhere. Keeping your data safe, and keeping copies of it, is your job alone. Once a reinstall, a cancellation or the 7-day window has wiped a disk, nobody can bring its contents back. With RAID 0 or independent disks there is no mirror, so one failed drive takes its data with it.

## 9. Bandwidth, IP addresses and outgoing mail

- Unmetered means no monthly traffic quota and no overage bill: the port speed of your plan, 1 or 10 Gbit/s, is the only limit. Each server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64.
- No quota does not mean no rules: every byte that leaves the port is still bound by the acceptable use policy. The page on [whether a 10 Gbps "unmetered" server is really unmetered](https://ravenquay.com/10gbps-unmetered-fair-use/ "What unmetered means at Ravenquay, and what fair-use clauses elsewhere hide") explains the billing side.
- Port 25 is closed for outgoing mail on every server, permanently, to keep spam off the network; ports 465 and 587 toward mail providers stay open.
- Using the server's addresses for any purpose the acceptable use policy forbids is a breach of these Terms.

## 10. What you may run

The acceptable use policy is part of this agreement. Forbidden: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet command, DDoS or other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing other people’s systems, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and any service to sanctioned people or companies. You must also hold the rights to whatever you distribute from the server. Tor exit relays are welcome, along with middle relays and bridges. You are responsible for all software on the server, for every virtual machine it hosts and for every person you give access to.

## 11. Applicable law

Ravenquay belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. The datacenter holding each server operates under the law of its own country. We do not respond to DMCA notices or any foreign copyright notice: Panamanian law and the orders of Panamanian courts are the only ones that apply to us.

Ravenquay releases records only under an order of a Panamanian court, and the privacy policy lists every record we hold; that list contains no connection logs, no traffic logs and no visitor or customer IP addresses. The page on [Panama as a hosting jurisdiction](https://ravenquay.com/panama-hosting-jurisdiction/ "What a Panama company means for a hosting customer") gives the background.

## 12. Suspension and how to contest it

We suspend a server for one of two reasons:

- its term has ended without a renewal (section 7);
- it is being used in a way the acceptable use policy does not allow.

DMCA and other foreign copyright notices are set aside; only Panamanian law and Panamanian court orders count. Spam, phishing, malware, botnet command, attacks and child sexual abuse material are banned and lead to suspension. A suspended server shows that status in the dashboard. When a server is stopped for a policy breach, its unused days are not credited, since credits exist only in the cases the refund policy names. To contest a suspension, write to support@ravenquay.com with the order reference and the server's IP address. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your servers.

## 13. Interruptions and changes to the catalogue

We do not promise any uptime figure. Maintenance, a hardware fault, the datacenter's own network or events outside our control can take a server offline. We promise no DDoS mitigation beyond what the datacenter network does on its own. If a server goes down and support cannot restore it, the days it was out of service come back to your balance. We may add or withdraw berths, ports of call or systems for new orders; terms already paid are not affected.

## 14. Disclaimer of warranties

We supply the service "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that a server fits any given purpose. We also make no promise that third-party sites will accept its IP address, or that geolocation databases will place that address in the country of its port of call.

## 15. Limitation of liability

To the extent Panamanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability on any claim cannot exceed the 30-day price of the server involved. Nothing in these Terms removes a liability that Panamanian law does not allow us to exclude.

## 16. Indemnity

If someone else makes a claim against us because of your breach of these Terms or of the acceptable use policy, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that claim causes us.

## 17. Governing law and forum

These Terms and the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. The courts of Panama have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

## 18. Versions and translations

This is the version of 1 November 2026. We may revise these Terms. The date printed at the top of this page identifies the version in force, which then applies to new orders, to renewals and to any further use. English is the reference language, and it prevails over any translation that differs.

## 19. How to reach us

- Support: support@ravenquay.com. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules.
- Abuse desk: abuse@ravenquay.com.
- Identify a server by its order reference (ORD-…) or its IP address, and leave your account number out. The [Ravenquay contact page](https://ravenquay.com/contact/ "Ravenquay support and abuse addresses, and what to write") lists what each email should contain.
