Quick answer
How does Ravenquay work, from crypto payment to a live server?
Ravenquay rents offshore dedicated servers with unmetered bandwidth, each a single physical machine set up by hand after payment. You fund a crypto balance with no KYC, choose a berth from $72.62 per 30 days, a city, a Linux or Proxmox system and your SSH key. The server is ready within 72 hours, with full root access. What follows is each step, in order.

Who operates Ravenquay?
Ravenquay belongs to DomaineGoat LLC, a company incorporated in Panama that answers to Panamanian law alone. The datacenter holding each server operates under the law of its own country. The firm that accepts your order is the one that prepares the machine and answers your correspondence; no reseller stands in between. Where the servers sit, and the data-protection law that comes with each city, is the subject of the about page.

What the person preparing your server does
No server is produced by the checkout itself.
- Preparation and handover: A member of the team sets up your server after your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the IP address appears.
- Disks: Servers with two disks get a software RAID 1 mirror for the system by default; tell support before delivery if you want RAID 0 or independent disks.
- Root access: Root over SSH, your way: give a public key at checkout and password login is switched off, or leave the field blank and a temporary root password arrives with the server, to change the first time you log in.
- Later requests: Ask for a reboot, a reinstall or a cancellation in the dashboard and the team does it; a reinstall erases every disk.
What comes with every server?
A berth is a whole machine on an unmetered port, not a shared slice. Nothing on the machine is shared: its processor, memory and disks serve only your workloads. Unmetered means no monthly traffic quota and no overage bill: the port speed of your plan, 1 or 10 Gbit/s, is the only limit. Each server has one dedicated IPv4 address and an IPv6 /64. The systems you may install are these: Choose Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux, or Proxmox VE to host your own virtual machines. Windows is not available. You settle the city and the system at checkout, and the specification of each plan is set out with its price on the pricing page.
How are reports of misuse handled?
Reports are sent to [email protected], where a person reviews each one, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension of the server. What is forbidden is stated plainly: Forbidden: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet command, DDoS or other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing other people’s systems, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and any service to sanctioned people or companies. The policy in full, and the way a report is weighed, is on the acceptable-use policy.
What does support involve?
Support is conducted by email, in English, by the same people who prepare the servers. Address questions about an order or a running machine to [email protected]. A person answers support emails within 12 hours, seven days a week, including help with SSH keys, RAID, reinstalls and firewall rules. Nobody from our team will ever ask for your account number, your root password or your private SSH key, by email or in a chat. Reports of misuse have their own address, [email protected]. Recurring questions are gathered on the FAQ.
What is recorded, and how do you pay?
What is recorded. No logs: neither connection nor traffic records, no IP address of any visitor or customer, and no trace of how you found the site apart from a referral code if your link had one. We hold only what billing and operating your server need: the account number and an email if you add one; every top-up and order (amount, coin, network, transaction ID, date); and per server its name, plan, term, location, system, SSH public key, IP addresses and dates, as well as the temporary root password we set when you gave no key, which no longer opens the server once you change it. We have no control over the datacenter’s network equipment. We hand over records only when a Panamanian court orders it. The same rules are restated, for the record, on the privacy page.
How you pay. Payment is crypto only, from a prepaid balance. Ravenquay accepts BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. We screen incoming payments against public sanctions lists of blockchain addresses; payments from listed addresses are not credited. Rental terms, their discounts and the price of each plan are on the pricing page. On refunds and credits: If we cannot deliver a server, or it breaks and support cannot bring it back, the days it was out of service return to your balance. Balances do not expire. Top-ups are not cashed out unless the law requires it; the part paid only to reach the minimum top-up can come back on request within 30 days of payment, in USDT or USDC, provided it has not been spent. The billing cycle is set out on the terms of service.
What are the honest limits?
It is only fair to state what Ravenquay does not provide:
- No instant setup: the team prepares each server by hand, so delivery takes 72 hours at the latest after your payment is confirmed, not moments.
- No remote console: Customers get no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console; the team carries out the reboots and reinstalls you ask for in the dashboard.
- No backups: No backup service is included, so store copies of your data elsewhere.
- No promise of DDoS mitigation: We promise no DDoS mitigation beyond what the datacenter network does on its own.
- Four cities only: the locations are Reykjavik (Iceland), Zurich (Switzerland), Bucharest (Romania) and Amsterdam (Netherlands): every berth in every port of call, at one price, and no others.
- No Monero or Lightning: payment is limited to BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC.
There is no Windows and no GPU offering.
Ravenquay checked 34 dedicated-server hosts on 30 October 2026: where they state a setup time, the median is 24 hours, within a range of 30 minutes to 10 business days. A server prepared by hand is slower than most, and Ravenquay says so before you pay.
How we work: common questions
How soon after payment is the server ready?
Not at once. A member of the team sets up your server after your payment is confirmed, within 72 hours, so delivery is not instant; follow its status in the dashboard until the IP address appears. As a rule, setup takes 72 hours at the latest after your payment is confirmed.
Is any identification required to order?
None. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents, no card and no phone number, ever. You sign in with an account number, and an email address is optional.
Do you offer a KVM or IPMI console?
No. Customers get no IPMI or KVM-over-IP console; the team carries out the reboots and reinstalls you ask for in the dashboard. A reboot or a reinstall is requested in the dashboard and carried out by the team.
What happens if my balance runs out?
The server is suspended rather than erased straight away. You prepay each server from a crypto balance for a term of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, chosen at checkout. With auto-renew, the same term is charged again at your original price, unless you choose a different term for the next renewal in the dashboard; if the balance cannot cover it, the server halts when the term ends, its disks are retained for 7 days and then wiped.
Who reads mail sent to [email protected]?
A person on the team reads every report, and confirmed abuse results in suspension. The forbidden uses are listed in full: Forbidden: spam or bulk email, phishing, malware or botnet command, DDoS or other attacks, scanning or brute-forcing other people’s systems, booter or stresser services, carding or fraud, child sexual abuse material, cryptocurrency mining, and any service to sanctioned people or companies.
